Hello! I'm Kathleen, the maker behind Sleeping Willow Decor. I am an actor, dancer, teacher and creative artist who loves home decor. The pandemic allowed me to dive deeper into what it means to be an artist and explore different art forms that bring me peace and satisfaction. When pressing flowers or tying knots I am in a truly meditative state and I wish to bring that sense of peace into people's homes. My art is inspired by the nature that surrounds me, using found branches and fleeting flowers to use in a way that will immortalize them forever.
